Refund and Return Policy

  • All our services are non-refundable. However, if a payment has been done twice due to the system error, we will be processing refunds within 30 days of such payment.
  • If a client doesn’t wish to continue the work with us after the payment has been made, we are not liable to return under any circumstances.
  • We are not an agency endorsed by Engineers Australia. We are not liable to refund any payments in case you don’t make a positive skill assessment.
